Pizza Girl Adventures

Pizza Girl Adventures is one of my oldest projects, which has been developed in some form since 2011. It took the form of a highly amateurish and experimental webcomic from 2012 to 2014, and has been further revised and refined through subsequent iterations. As of 2024, I am working on a new version of the comic that I hope to be able to begin publishing online within the next year or so. This is a passion project of mine, and I will be grateful for anyone who chooses to come along for the ride.

Premise

This comic takes place in Sol City, a central location in my greater urban-fantasy multiverse. It details the exploits of butch working-class heroine Ashley Allegri as she delivers food and struggles to survive against the forces of hunger, rude customers, weird villains, and capitalism.

The plot unfolds when a depressed & dysphoric Ashley and her father are attempting to keep their restaurant afloat. At the point of desperation, a strange and mystical opportunity arises that transforms Ashley forever... thus begins her new life as she fights and works hard to carve out her own little slice of happiness.

What follows is Pizza Girl Adventures, an action-packed slice of life with a comedic undercurrent in which Ashley and co. encounter many strange friends and foes, finding solidarity and common ground despite their bizarrely different and often supernatural circumstances. There will also be themes of identity, belonging and perseverance as well as some yuri elements.

The world is strongly inspired by various shonen manga, Saturday morning cartoons, fighting games and more.

The rating for this story will be roughly PG-13 with occasional coarse language, stylized violence and various mature themes.
